Religious and Medical Matter.
16th cent. Vellum. 25.5×19 cms. Ff. 13 with modern pencilled foliation; ff. 11-13 (reversed and inverted) belong after f. 7; leaves missing between ff. 1 and 2 and after f. 13. The volume consists of two fragments bound together: (a) ff. 1-7, 11-13; (b) ff. 8-10. No scribal signature, but a number of hands appear: (1) ff. 1-5 d i; (2) ff. 5 d i-6 a i; (3) ff. 6 a i-7 d i, 11-13; (4) ff. 8-10, with another hand (5) appearing in two places in f. 9 b.
Double columns, ruled mainly by dry point; initials coloured in red in section (b); many initials in section (a) not filled in. Bound as MS 13 in this collection, with spine in better state of preservation. Labelled '14' on upper inner corner of front cover. Words 'Miscellaneous / Curious' in pencil in inside front cover. Ff. 1 r (upper an lower margins) and 13 r (lower margin) marked 'C' in black inkd ff. 8 r, 8 v, 9 r, 10 r (lower margins), marked 'A a', 'A', 'A 2', 'A 3'; respectively. Some words in pencil partially trimmed off from upper, margin of f. 8; some writing in blue ink in f. 3 r, lower margin.
